At Timeless Transformations, we believe in being upfront and transparent throughout every step of your project. Our goal is to make the residential remodeling and renovation process as smooth as possible, with no surprises along the way. Here’s how our process works:
1. Estimate and Proposal
Once you reach out to us, we’ll schedule a time to assess your project. After evaluating the scope of work, we’ll provide you with an accurate estimate. This includes the cost of labor and, depending on your preference, the cost of materials.
2. Supply Options
We offer two flexible options when it comes to supplies, allowing you to choose what works best for you:
Option 1: We Quote the Materials
If you’d prefer us to handle the sourcing, we will source and quote all the necessary materials for your project. Material cost may fluctuate based on material prices at the time of the quote and market fluctuations, but we will work to source quality materials at the best possible price for your project. This option may take a bit more time as we’ll work with suppliers to find the best materials that align with your vision, not ours. The cost of materials will be included in your estimate, providing you with a complete, all-inclusive proposal.
Option 2: You Provide the Materials
If you’d like to take care of the materials, we’ll provide you with an estimate based solely on labor costs. You will be responsible for purchasing and supplying the materials for the project, but we’ll ensure everything is installed with the utmost care and to your exact specifications. If needed, we’re happy to assist by providing a basic list of materials based on the scope of your job to help guide your purchasing decisions.
3. Deposit and Payment
To secure your project on our calendar and ensure we can begin work promptly, we require a deposit. Here’s how the payment structure works:
Projects Under $10,000:
If applicable, the total cost of materials must be paid by homeowner at time of purchase plus a deposit for labor is required upon proposal acceptance for scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.Projects Over $10,000:
A one-third deposit is required upon proposal acceptance for scheduling, followed by one-third at the halfway point of the project, and the final one-third due upon completion. You will be aware of the draw dates upon proposal acceptance. Total cost of materials must be paid by homeowner at time of purchase.
4. Project Completion
Once the project is complete, we will collect the final payment. We pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality work, on time, and within budget.
We’re here to make your remodeling and renovation experience as stress-free as possible. From the initial estimate to the final walk-through, we are committed to providing top-notch service and transparent pricing, every step of the way.
